These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the y222 website located at https://y222.cam (the "Platform"), operated by the y222 team ("y222", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting, browsing or otherwise accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

y222 is an independent, English-language online betting information resource. It is not a licensed gambling operator, does not accept wagers, deposits or withdrawals, and has no registered office in Pakistan. Content published on y222 is provided for informational and educational purposes only. These Terms apply solely to the y222 Platform and do not purport to govern the terms of any third-party gambling operator whose services may be referenced or reviewed on this site.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

3.1 Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines or notices published on the Platform. All such documents are incorporated herein by reference.

3.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and y222. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.3 y222 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4.1 Age Requirement. Access to certain Platform features, and access to any gambling Operator services referenced on the Platform, is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable Operator or the license jurisdiction of any referenced Operator. y222 does not knowingly facilitate access to gambling-related information by minors.

4.2 Legal Capacity. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent your use of the Platform.

4.3 Jurisdictional Compliance. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform and access to any referenced gambling Operator services is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. Pakistani users specifically acknowledge that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable local statutes may restrict or prohibit online gambling. y222 makes no representation as to the legality of gambling in any jurisdiction. 4.4 Geographic Restrictions. y222 does not specifically target any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. If you are located in a restricted jurisdiction, you must not access gambling-related content on the Platform and must not proceed to any Operator referenced herein.

5.1 y222 does not currently operate a user account registration system on this Platform. No registration is required to access the informational content published on y222.

5.2 If any account registration functionality is introduced on the Platform in the future, you will be required to provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update any account information to ensure it remains accurate.

5.3 Any account credentials (including usernames and passwords) must be kept confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify y222 immediately at [email protected].

5.4 Where y222 facilitates access to a third-party Operator's registration flow, the Operator's own terms of service, KYC requirements and account rules apply. You are responsible for reading and accepting those terms independently. Typical identity verification documents required by Operators may include a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport. Never falsify or alter identity documents.

6.1 Permitted Use. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, y222 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes.

6.2 Restrictions. You must not, directly or indirectly:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit or publicly display any Content from the Platform without prior written consent from y222;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform or its underlying technology;
• Use any automated system (including bots, scrapers or crawlers) to access the Platform in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce in the same period;
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or in any way that generates revenue without y222's express written authorisation;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website without y222's prior written consent;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, or any server, network or system connected to the Platform.

6.3 Accuracy of Information. Whilst y222 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and currency of Content published on the Platform, we do not warrant that all Content is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Bonus terms, odds data, operator information and payment method availability are subject to change without notice. Always verify current terms directly with the relevant Operator.

You agree that you will not use the Platform to:

• Upload, transmit or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable;
• Engage in or facilitate any form of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other financial crime;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of y222 or any third party;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or the data contained therein;
• Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Platform without their consent;
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Use the Platform to access gambling services if you are located in a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by Applicable Law;
• Use the Platform if you are under the applicable minimum age (18+ or higher as required by the Operator or license jurisdiction).

y222 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of this Clause and to take appropriate action, including suspension of access, removal of content and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8.1 References to bonuses, promotions, welcome offers, free bets and other incentive structures on the Platform are provided for informational and educational purposes only. y222 does not itself offer, fund or administer any gambling bonus.

8.2 Illustrative figures used in y222's bonus guides — such as "PKR 1,000 minimum deposit", "PKR 25,000 maximum bonus" or "30× wagering requirement" — are examples only. Actual bonus terms are set by the relevant Operator and are subject to change at any time without notice.

8.3 Before claiming any bonus or promotional offer from a third-party Operator, you must read and accept the Operator's current bonus terms and conditions in full. Key terms to review include, but are not limited to: wagering/rollover requirements, maximum bet during bonus, game contribution rates, bonus expiry period, sticky vs non-sticky bonus structure, maximum cash-out limits and minimum qualifying deposit.

8.4 y222 accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of a User's reliance on bonus information published on the Platform where Operator terms have changed subsequent to publication.

9.1 y222 does not process, hold or facilitate any financial transactions. All deposits, withdrawals and financial transfers are conducted directly between the User and the relevant third-party Operator.

9.2 References to Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual examples of familiar payment rails that Pakistani users may encounter. None of these payment providers endorses, supports or is affiliated with y222 or any gambling Operator. Availability of any specific payment method is subject to the individual Operator's policies, the relevant financial institution's terms and applicable regulatory requirements.

9.3 Processing times, fees, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and verification requirements for deposits and withdrawals are set by the Operator and/or the relevant payment provider. y222 makes no guarantees regarding transaction speed, and no quoted timeframes on the Platform should be construed as a guarantee.

9.4 References to cryptocurrency payment options (BTC, USDT and similar) are likewise contextual only. Users are responsible for understanding the tax, legal and financial implications of cryptocurrency transactions in their jurisdiction.

10.1 All Content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of y222 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 The y222 name, logo and all related marks are proprietary to y222. You are not permitted to use any y222 trade marks, service marks or logos without prior written permission. y222 does not claim any affiliation with, or reproduce the official branding of, Raast, SBP, Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any other third-party brand referenced on the Platform.

10.3 Third-party names, marks and logos mentioned on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for informational context. No endorsement, sponsorship or partnership is implied.

11.1 The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. To the fullest extent permissible under Applicable Law, y222 expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11.2 y222 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure; (b) any Content is accurate, complete or current; (c) any defects will be corrected; or (d) the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

11.3 Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax or professional advice. Betting involves risk of financial loss. Past performance or historical odds data published on the Platform are not indicative of future results.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, y222 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any Content on the Platform; (c) any transaction entered into with a third-party Operator; or (d) any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

12.2 In no event shall y222's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms exceed PKR 5,000 (Pakistani Rupees five thousand) or the equivalent in the applicable currency, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim.

12.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, y222's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13.1 y222 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling can be addictive and can cause financial hardship, relationship difficulties and other harm if not undertaken responsibly.

13.2 All gambling-related Content on the Platform is intended for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by any referenced Operator or their license jurisdiction. It is strictly forbidden for minors to access gambling-related services.

13.3 y222 encourages all users to make use of the responsible gambling tools available on Operator platforms, including but not limited to: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications and self-exclusion programmes. 14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y222 is registered and operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

14.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

14.3 Regardless of the governing jurisdiction of y222 as an entity, Pakistani users remain subject to all Applicable Laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. These Terms do not override, replace or conflict with any statutory obligation imposed on Users under Pakistani law.

15.1 y222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will become effective upon posting on the Platform. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

15.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

15.3 Material changes to these Terms that significantly affect user rights will, where practicable, be notified via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage for a period of at least fourteen (14) days prior to taking effect.
